We have an exciting opportunity for an Online Marketing Manager to support the marketing initiatives for our online photo and video sharing product. We are looking for an energetic, proactive, creative, and analytical candidate with a background in online marketing and email marketing expertise.

Responsibilities Include:

• Implements online marketing campaigns for email, newsletter, pop-up, banner and text ads
• Use email deployment and web analytics tools for campaign setup and execution
• Monitor and analyze key performance and conversion metrics for email campaigns and other online initiatives
• Work with designers to develop direct response (call-to-action) creative for campaigns
• Copywriting of marketing communications (direct response/call to action)
• Segment audience and cross-sell and up-sell products and services to target markets
• Utilize customer survey tool and other customer monitoring programs to improve understanding of consumer behavior
• Conducts market research for competitive analysis

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business or related area
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Internet marketing (e-commerce and email marketing experience mandatory)
• Online acquisition experience a plus
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Project and time management skills essential
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team oriented environment
• Refined analytical skills and ability to deliver results
• Strong oral and written skills
• Must be a team player, take initiative, and multi-task

The successful candidates will be part of an SA team working on:

• Supporting online web applications in a LAMP environment
• Back end administrative systems written in Perl
• Linux/Unix environment
• Participate in design, benchmarking, testing and deployment of new systems.

Minimum qualifications:

Installation Configuration Tuning and Maintaining of the following OS applications:
• Apache 1 and 2 with PHP 4 and 5
• MySQL
• CVS/Subversion
• Postfix

Experience with utilizing the following scripting languages:
• Perl
• bourne and bourne again shell
• html and php a plus

Basic networking fundamentals including:
• Firewall concepts (Cisco PIX a plus)
• Switch concepts (Cisco Catalyst a plus)
• Knowledge of routing and load balancing principles
• SAN/NAS installation configuration and tuning
• Windows 2000/XP with Active directory
• Experience with installing configuring and maintaining linux based systems(Solaris a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Weekly on call rotation for 24/7/365 support of production systems
• Install configure and maintain end user desktops
• Install configure and maintain development staging and production servers
• Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices
• Assist in maintaing office phone and security systems

• Participate in design, coding, testing and deployment of new features and new applications with a small team of programmers and system administrators.

Minimum qualifications:

• PHP 4/5 experience
• MySQL (you can do queries from the command line)
• Perl and OOP with Perl modules
• CVS or SVR
• Linux/Unix experience (command line, shell scripting, cron jobs, automated emails)
• DHTML/Javascript
• Working with large scale dynamic PHP applications
• Strong Javascript skills
• Very strong Perl skills

Desired additional skills:

• Experience with the open source apps "Gallery" or "OS Commerce"
• Emacs user (but vim OK)
• TDD-infected
• Use and love WikiWikiWebs
• An interest in other languages (Ruby, Lisp, C, Erlang, Ook, whatever)

Currently, we are looking for a creative and energetic Web Designer to join our team. The Web Designer will create online graphics and production files for MyPhotoAlbum. The designer must have experience and proficiency in website, email, and banner ad design. This position is ideal for a promotional web designer.

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Three to five years experience in development of site, email, and banner ads for consumer products
• Direct response/marketing background (with emphasis on call to action) extremely desired. Must be able to take marketing copy and produce into high quality designs.
• Utilize web and production skills to develop innovative design concepts
• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Graphical and Production software: PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Flash, HTML, and Image Ready
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task a must
• E-Commerce experience required

• Establish Media, Industry Analyst, and Press Contact Relationships
• Generate Editorial Features/Product Reviews in Print Publications and other media
• "Own" the corporate blog which everyone from developers to the CEO will contribute to.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies or relevant major
• Minimum of 2-years public relations experience
• Excellent business writing and oral communication skills
